Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, to be eligible for a return your item must not be used, worn, altered, torn, snagged, stained, washed or damaged in any way. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in original packaging.

Items must be received within 30 days of receiving the order to get a full refund. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please advise the reason for the return for our records. Place the information inside the return package along with the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping

 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

Even Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size or color? No worries! If you need the same item in a different size or color, we will exchange the item you want is available and there will be a new shipping cost for domestic orders.

Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a different item, the return new shipping fees will apply.

Please note: If you requested an item for exchange that we no longer have available, we’ll process a return instead. If this should happen, you’ll receive a Return email to notify you.

Defective Merchandise

Please provide picture of defective item and email,

We will then issue a pre-paid return shipping label and a full refund or exchange.
